On November 28th the 2015 VRC Worlds will kick off. First the Spec classes will be raced and later in December the open or modified classes.
For the first time in VRC history you will have the opportunity to vote on which track the 2015 VRC Worlds will be held in each of the classes, and also what format.
As before, the open and spec class will be raced on the same track. You can vote on whether the Spec classes will be raced in the opposite direction of the open class. Another question will be if the open classes should be raced in just 1 racer class, so everyone races in the same event. Spec class will be raced with 3 racer classes: Pro, Sport and Club.
You can vote for the Worlds tracks and the racfe format in our new polls. You can only cast your vote 1 time per poll. The results will be visible. Visit the Polls page here. There will also be links to the polls on the News page, the Forums page and on the Community page.

Please add a "NEW TRACK" option to the buggy polls, and reset the polls.
It would be very sad if the tracks that are leading the vote become the Worlds tracks... so boring, we've raced there so many times. I'm sure if there was an option to vote for a new track it would win by far.
Also, the "other track" comment field is still not working, i.e. doesn't submit. [/quote/]

With the mod buggy I'm always 4 laps behind the TQ.
There is no fun when your driving at position 50.
I hope vrc does this in club,sport and Pro!
I realy like the dividing into club, sport and pro.
But I think the worlds should be special.
For me better pos. 50 in one big event than top ten in sport.
Also a different format like in old times with more rounds would be a dream like 1/2 final with 50 drivers and final at least with maybe 15.

I think what you did there was a great idea. The only Thing i dont really like is to start 1:12th scale on a 1:10th scale track. But it will get a lot of votes because than 10th scale Drivers could also drive pretty good in 12th scale. Just a personal Thing and maybe I am wrong. I whould have rather raced on tracks like oulo, Heemsteede indoor, Orlando or Eppelheim one. Bangkock is in my oppinio much to open for 12th scale.

Congratulations team VRC !! Very good idea to let users choose the tracks for the World Championships.
The idea of holding the championships on new tracks is interesting because it flushes all riders.

I agree with Warren, ideally the worlds should be on tracks that no-one has had the chance to practice to make it an even playing field. This seems to be how it works IRL.
