Note:
Due to unforeseen issues we had to release this track, previous called Lostallo 5, now as Lostallo 3. Initially 2 more Lostallo infield layouts were planned but these have been cancelled.
We have released Lostallo 3 track, host of the upcoming 2024 VRC Worlds 1:8 nitro sportscars starting December 11th. The 271m long track uses a combination of the existing Lostallo infield shortcuts to create a new, challenging and technical road course. The default race direction is counter-clockwise!
An interesting on-road track addition to the vast collection of VRC tracks based on existing venues! To iron out possible small flaws and to let you get to know this demanding track we have organized a Pre-Worlds Warm-up event.
Enjoy the new track!

Jimmy Flack is Mr. 'king of ovals' and has proved it once more at the OSAKA Oval with the 1:10 nitro NASCAR truck. With an average laptime of 06.928 he dominated this Worlds from start to finish. Watch the video how hooked his car is, making it look easy. Set-up makes a difference, add to this his oval skills and you have a winner! Graham Raistrick from the UK finished in 2nd place 2 laps down on Jimmy, and Milan Peka from Czech Republic 3rd, just 6 seconds shy of Graham.

It seems Jimmy Flack is only getting better in his specialism: oval racing. Another convincing win with the 1:8 Rally-X at the VRC Dirt Oval, a lap clear of runner up Stefan Sidler from Switzerland, and Tobias Lindgren from Sweden who finished 3rd just 0.4 sec. behind Sidler. Jimmy flag is able to run within 0.1 or 0.2 seconds lap after lap, at lap record speed.

Austrian Wiktor Smid has added another VRC World Championship title to his laurels, winning convincingly at the demanding indoor track at MB Models in the UK. Radko Cernohous from Czech Republic finished a close second in the same lap as the winner. 3Rd place went to Atsushi Hasegawa from Japan after a close battle with his country fellow racer Yasuyuki Nakagawa who was just 0.4 seconds behind.
2023 VRC World Champion Martin Wollanka was obviously not in good shape with a few crashes in the beginning of the race and to hasty to catch up with his fellow countryman Schmid.

From the previous Worlds videos it becomes evident that most racers don't really seem to care what body and paintscheme he or she is using. We certainly like to see more variation of bodies, colorschemes and rim colors in the 2024 Worlds videos, and I am sure you do too!
Aerodynamic properties of ALL bodies for a certain class are always identical, swithching to another style therefore does not affect the performance of your car! so for example in 1:8 nitro GT3 class racing the Corvette GT3 or the Porsche GT3 makes absolutely no difference!
With the 2024 VRC Worlds now in full swing I like to ask all participants to not just use one of the 'default' bodies and paintscheme, but to select another one of the many other body models. Then pick one of the 10 paintschemes that come with that body and select your decal set. And last select the wheel style and color to match the paintscheme of your body. In that way we will see a great variety of bodies in the 2024 Worlds videos!
This is how you proceed:
