SRC is very honored to present this German laprobot. He has doned great result, mainly in nitroclasses but now he has also partipated in electric. He is Stefan Rheinwald from Germany. When we look his consistency and furios racing style on track, im curios, is this man borned next to a Swiss clock factory. No matter how fast you drive, he is allways there. And like many others, he resolves the issues of laptimes and thinks to very end of rounds, how he can improve his times. He is perfectionist, no wonder he is allways pressure on the back.
SRC wishes Stefan very wellcome to this club.
And last but not least, I was privileged to get this guy to my friends list at early stage when i started this SIM.
We made tough guestions to Stefan and here`s what he answered.

NAME?
Stefan Rheinwald

AGE?
35

SHOE SIZE?
Depends on the shoes' style and brand. When I'm asked this at stores I just lift my shoulders
with the note 'Bring 'em!' ;-)

HOW LONG HAVE YOU DRIVEN RC CARS?
I got my first one in 1989 (Dickie 'King Of Road' in red with winch) and driving racing RC cars
since 2000.

TRANSMITTER BRAND YOU ARE USING? STICK or WHEEL?
After using the Sanwa M11 DSSS since 2009, I changed to the Hitec Lynx 4S last year. A very
accurate system with some 'weird' but also some world class software features as of now.
It would be a great radio if produced at the right place.
I prefer wheel over stick.

WHAT CLASSES HAVE YOU DRIVED?
1/10th Electric Tourings (Xray), 1/10th Stadium Truck 2WD (AE)
1/8th Truggy (Xray/TIX), 1/8th Buggy (Kyosho and Xray), 1/8th Sportscar (Kyosho and Xray) (all Nitro)

BEST RESULTS FROM START TO THIS DAY?
I'm just driving for fun but always trying to crack up the lap records. Most of the time I'm there. :-)
It's a hobby to me.

SPONSORS?
Two shops so far. One gave me an engine to promote it regionally and the other gave me cars,
spares, options and tools at unmatched low prices. They did that knowing that I'm not racing for them.
Great.

OTHER HOBBIES?
Aerobatic RC planes up to 160 cm of wingspan (electric), aerobatic RC helicopters from Mini to 500 size.

FUTURE DREAMS AND HOPES?
Having proper people in power again, having people around me that prefer to act faithfully instead
of throwing out excuses like coupons afterwards. Other than that, I wish and hope for the usual things
in life.
Ah ... and, of course, I hope for a new Kyosho 1/8th Sportscar some day. Maybe they bring one.

COMPARING VRC SIMULATOR TO REAL LIFE RACING?
VRC Pro is an astonishing simulator. Most of the cars act very realistic, close to reality. It's a great 'tool' for
learning advanced driving skills and for building up a 'flow' in driving. But mostly, it's fun! However, better
hardware brings better results and even more fun. Something I'll invest for sure even if I'm not a gamer at
all.
