VRC PRO 2018 1:12 ELECTRIC SPORTCARS SPEC rnd7 EPPELHEIM 1

Seventh round race of 1:12 electric sportcar spec class was raced in Eppelheim circuit. In this demanding track, two drivers separated from the others. Carson Yeung and Michitaka Yanagisawa were in mainroles as the winner was solved. From the start Yanagisawa took the lead, but after few laps, Yeung passed him and got the lead. Pace and consistency was remarkable as these two laprobots foughted of the win. In early stage Yeung was bit faster but Yanagisawa stayed in striking distance. Two laps was remaining, Yanagisawa had gained Yeung and was right on his tale. Yanagisawa was bit unfortunate, as he cutted mainstraight corner and hit the barrier. By this mistake, Yeung only job was to hold his rhytm and drive safely to finishline. Yeung won the race, Yanagisawa had to settle to second place. Portuguese talent Nuno Lourenco drove a good race also and got the last podium place.

VRC PRO 2018 1:10 ELECTRIC TC SEASON 1 RND7 CLERMONT FERRAND

Thomas Pannwitz won the 7th round race of 1:10 electric tc series at Clermont Ferrand. He wasnt overwhelming, but very fast indeed and consistent. He got some extra heartbeats as he overcutted the corner in penultimate lap before mainstraight. By this, Depade who was chasing him whole final, got his chances to get even closer. But Deparde was unfortunate starting the last lap. He went wide in the same corner where Pannwitz made his "mistake" and this wide line helped Pannwitz to secure his win in here. Deparde was second, only 0.9s behind. Guillot who was very promissing at early stage of the race, had to settle to 3rd place. Very good drive from Alex also, no doubt. Chris Stack was fourth.

STEAM POWERED RACE SERIES 1:10 ELECTRIC TC BANGKOK LONG

Japanese driver Michitaka Yanagisawa showed some great racingnerves as he won this STEAM POWERED race at Bangkok Long. Japanese driver got huge pressure from French driver Xavier Deparde. Deparde was breathing Yanagisawa`s neck whole final under one second distance. But Yanagisawa hold his nerves and crossed the line 1.3 seconds ahead of Deparde. Also Deparde was in tough spot, as the German driver Henrik Kiel was on his tale all the time. But these top3 talents showed magnificent skills, racinglines were so remarkable and mistakes were not done. Even it was tightest racing also between Deparde and Kiel, Deparde was second and Kiel had to settle to third place. Another German, Thomas Pannwitz did a great race. Pannwitz was fourth, 2.5 seconds from third place when race ended. One 10th faster pace for him and it would have been really close race against Kiel.

VRC PRO Worlds2018 Short Course 13.5T Messina SC

American driver Ely Rojas was strongest and won the Worlds2018 race at Messina SC track. Rojas started the final from 2nd grid.
Anger who had earned the pole, leaded this group 7minutes and made his single mistake under the rostroom corner. Differences were so so tiny between top three drivers and there was no room for mistakes. As Anger made his mistake, Rojas was able to get in top spot. Also Tony Dugan, who started from the 3rd grid, had founded really good pace for the final. After semifinal it looked that this was going to be Anger/Rojas fight, but Tony had made his lessons and got his pace in same level than those two at front. By Anger`s mistake, also Dugan was able to pass and get to second place. From this point, Rojas in first and Dugan in second place, these two didnt look back and came to checkered flag in this order. Anger had to settle to third place, but it was good recovery fro... read more
