Can't load game. added: 26.12.2019

Game load up crashes at user data point.
I have tried {disable game sounds} and {reset graphics} that made no difference.
If I hit {clear users data} will I loose all my points and acheivments ?
Has anyone else had this problem?

i have cleaned the "user-date", discontinuing
.... :(
I opend this morning a Support-Ticket, no answer until now
I am not sure what happend if i reset the User?
i do'nt want also to loose my points !
