I find these VRC Pro 1/12th cars to be very sensitive to steering expo and rates, not forgetting the 'saturation' setting and 'dead zone'.
Test the full range in 10% increments to find what suits your transmitter.
It's generally agreed Lausanne is a frustrating track you get unexpected grip rolls and there's no 'forgiveness' when getting close to a corner.
On the other hand it’s the same for everyone so overcoming the problems is part of the challenge and needs more discipline.
It's possible to recognise which corners have the most problems and aim to go 4cm wider, e.g. the corner onto the main straight.
Adjust the car setup to reduce the roll-overs by adjusting the toe-in, diff percentage, steering expo and keep at least 1mm of wing.
I found using drag brakes definitely causes roll-overs same as braking while turning.
I then reduce the steering rate until the car grip rolls only once in about 80 laps, and still get sub 11 second laps.
Reducing steering does lose 1/10th per lap, but this is better than 3 seconds lost when rolling over.
As ever, with constant practice, it always amazes me how muscle memory kicks in and helps position the car more reliably.
8 minutes is a good length of time to tough it out, which has always been a good part of 1/12th racing.
Being aggressive on this track does no favours for me, my best laps happen when I'm relaxed and accurate.
I'm still no where near the top drivers, some people simply have greater skills!

To use .car files just copy them into your C drive and you can then select them if they match the track you're on.
On my PC this is where they can be found:
C:\Users\Simon\Documents\Virtual RC Pro\CarSetup
If you choose a tarmac track - then every car can be selected.
Or if you choose an SC truck - then every track can be selected.
