save the file to your "carsetup" folder in game.

mine is located @
c:\documents\virtual rc pro\carsetup\Joshua Berman\

your location should be similar but using your name.

then run game, go to pits, load car, and the "Halifax wc 2019 fin" will be in your list of setups.
