I typically spend between 1-2 hrs daily on VRC. When I first started I really struggled with tired, dry eyes and headaches from looking at the computer screen so much. I found some "Gamma Ray" blue light blocking glasses online very cheap. I noticed an immediate difference. Not only could I see the screen better, but I no longer have the eye problems and headaches. I highly recommend getting a pair.
