Hi, this is not my favorite setup, i like a bit of overseterring.
This may like to thouse who want a more stable and controllable car.

Best lap with this setup 26.0

***EDIT***
If you want to make it easier do as follow:
2 holes in shock absorbers front and rear
Front antiroll-bar maximized (3.8 mm)
Reduce maximum sterring
Reduce maximum breaking
Reduce gearing
Use a lot of negative exponential in the sterring
