There is my set up for neo 13 which work really great for me, 28.0 consistant and 27.4 best lap.

The best way is to download the setup "click to download" then take your downloaded file and drop it into your CarSetup folder.

My directory looks like this: Computer>Local Disk (C:)>Virtual RC Pro>CarSetup

Then just go you your load car screen in the game and it will be under nx8r neo13
