Welcome to the High Vultage Racing

A small club with a laid back atmosphere, Mostly composed of my real life friends I got hooked on VRC and the friends I've met along the way. Most of us are new to VRC and also new to on-road rc racing. Here is a place we can compete with each other and not the 3-4 hundred world class drivers out there, lol.

Does any one have any tips or settings to give the nitro 1/8 buggy a more electric type feel. Basically faster throttle response or punch. Thx.

Until VRC e-buggy comes along, do this for nitro buggy:
1. Set clutch to heavy/high friction/hardest
2. Set positive throttle expo on your radio.

I found the VRC throttle expo settings are not enough, and even my radio expo @ 100 is not enough. So I leave VRC expo at 0, and set a manual throttle curve on my radio with very steep initial gain, similar to what Richard said.
Works well for me:)

the electric motor physics model creates the torque by itself, nitro and electric have their own physics!

Apparently next month they will be releasing E-Buggies on here! That should be the best change you can make! :)

Try turning up your throttle expo. Giving I more expo will make it snappy.
