i don´t know which program i can use to open it. can somebody tell me which one.?
you can only copy the file to your setup folder and open it in VRC Pro.
It will only open if you have all components used in that setup. You can also ask to make a screenshot so you can make the adjustments to your own car yourself.

It's a good setup, with enough steering.
I didn't know you could drop the car so low but it's better handling.
My time improved from 37.5s to 36.5s the rest is up to me to practice
