Hi RC fans, I have been a member for about 1 month, first time on a new track can be quite daunting. I have found the best way to learn a track is to use a basic spec car and to drive the course slowly and accuratelly and build up speed. I find after learning 2 or 3 tracks I enter races and gain experience and practice while on the race track. As speed and confidence grows I then try out new classes and tracks. I mainly learnt on OVAL, Carpet2 and Mike HS1, just using electric 10 touring and short course off road. I still have no real tips for setup, but just starting to experiment, I would advise default to start and when you feel you cant get any better lap times then you are ready to experiment. Also watch the pros replays for lessons in driving lines and braking etc.
Hope this helps getting started.
Please post thoughts.
