Here are my General settings for graphics for setup below....I usually run at full screen (had to reduce it to get the screen shot). Probably most important setting for me is the VSYNC...if I have it on, I get too much lag.

Yeah vsync is awful. What rig do you play on Graham ? I notice your resolution is lowish.
