VRC under Bootcamp ... added: 25.10.2011

Hi,

Running on an i-Mac with XP on it. Don't let the machine update to .NET 3.5 framework. It will then give a long list of errors and then says contact VRC.

Just remove the updated .net files through thecontrol panel if you've already installed it.

Have you had any .net issues?
Mine's run brilliantly other than that one problem

Cheers

I've got a mid 2009 15" Mac book pro and it works great for me under boot camp

We like to get more feedback from Mac users running VRC Pro using Boot Camp or other Windows emulation software. Also important to know what your Mac specs are, processor, RAM, graphics card and what performance you are getting with what settings.

Hi

It's an Intel 2.66GHz machine, ATI Radeon 2600 XT
XP Servixe pack3

I would love to install it on my Mac Pro 2.26 Quadcore but am worried about bootcamp messing with my Protools rig. Should be SUPER HD on it :)

fraps gives me just 60.

Settings are:

Full screen: Any : 1680x1050 (native res)
AntiAliasing: 2x
Anisotropic : 2x
Render Level : Low
Texture: Low
VSync on.

I start getting some very fine redraw issues if I lift the settings for aliasing and texture levels. I like it as smooth as possible with a drop in quality by preferance

Interesting...

What framerate are you getting (and at what level of graphics)?
