Another option is the wired USB XBox 360 controller. u can get them at Walmart for around 15 bucks. Its still nothing like a transmitter, but it really makes for much better gameplay. especially because the throttle and steering are touch sensitive, u would have waaay more control.

I would really like some help. I too am a keyboard racer, and in the original trial version i can get round very fast but with vrc pro, I tap the keyboard left or right and it keeps turning, it doesnt recentre at all, or very fast for that matter, you cant just tap it and it will turn a little, its either full lock or nothing. I cant adjust it and the steering expo seems to do nothing much of note. It seems as though the settng is that the steering is just too slow? I cannot adjust current steering in the version I have so not sure if that does anything? but it is impossible to drive and I really dont want to pay for the full version if I cant fix it? I want proof i can use it, not this, I almost just want to delete it and forget it ever happened! HELP!!!! This is my last chance at VRC! Also I would like to adjust where the throttle and brake is, currently on a laptop I have to use the tiny arrow keys that are all too close. In the old demo version I used A and Z for throttle and brake and arrow keys left and right? any fixes? Be aware I am running the Free trial version, It may affect it, but as I said, i dont want to buy the full version if this is what it is like?
