when you are picking the car you want to use for onroad there are usually spec car chasis or the mod chasis. The spec chasis have very limited options to change for setup. I was thinking you may have a spec car loaded that you were trying to change setup options on but were unable.

hmmm, the only thing I can think of is maybe your in a spec car? Setup adjustments are very limited with spec.
