[How to] Sharing setups - topic title and what to include added: 08.01.2017

Hi, this not pretend to be the "only" right way to share a setup.
But consider this example:

Topic title: my setup

Text: hope it help

Attached: file .CAR

There is no reference in the title for what car, what track someone is talking about. No reference of what car in the text (track can be discovered yet if the tip is "related to track").

So in my opinion the topic title should include, at least, what car (and if spec or mod) and what track.

The text should include a screenshot!
I see many times someone asking for the screenshot.
No one time someone asking for a CAR file!

So, if you want to share only one thing i suggest the screenshot. If you want to share both in the same topic you should know a little of Bbcode (the forum's language).

An easy way is to share both in two separate topics BUT include in the title what car, what track AND if it is the file version or the screenshot version.

In conclusion:

Example 1
Topic title: setup
Attached file: .CAR

Example 2
Topic title: 1:8 sportscar mod Clermont Ferrand (screenshot)
Attached file: screenshot
