The playing evolved into better/faster car... About 15 years ago I got started in the RC world at my Church. A group of us bought some cheap cars and started playing on our gym floor. The playing evolved into better/faster cars, circle racing and road course racing. This lasted a couple years. About eight or nine years ago a local hobby store built an off road 1/10 scale track. A couple years later another hobby shop opened up and built an 1/8 scale off road track and this past year they added another 1/10 scale. I race primarily local club races and occasionally travel to race at other lcations.
