Graham, it was season 2009/2010. The introduction was made in 2009 and used for the whole season. The race was in spring 2010. 
In 2009 there were still no powerprograms used, not in stock-class and of course not in modified-class. The power speedos with strong programms came up in the season 2009/2010 and this race in Heemstede was the first time powerprograms were used in modified-class.
It was also the first race the Speedpassion Cirtix speedo was used in ETS ProStock-category as at the round before in Warschau they have blown up several SP-engines with the powerprograms and the initiators of the series, Uwe Rheinard and Scotty Ernst, decided to react on this and stop the speedo-war in their ETS-series.
