3 Months after getting the 'greenlight' by the Steam community, we are now ready to release VRC Pro on the Steam platform. The release date is planned for Tuesday March 24th. With VRC Pro being available on the huge STEAM platform (over 80 million members...) r/c racing will now be introduced to a whole new group of users: serious gamers. We expect to see a big influx into the sport of gamers, many of them have probably had some sort of radio controlled car and now have a chance to race virtual real r/c cars on the most famouds tracks in the world.
We have created a special e-sport promotion video to show what virtual r/c racing is all about and especially what sort of challenges it presents to gamers. E-Sport is big in gaming, some of their main events (like the Intel Masters) are Hollywood-like productions in big theaters. To the gamers we will position VRC Pro as a serious e-sport, we are even planning on organizing a big e-sport event in September with prize money and car kits to be won. More information to follow around May of this year.

I'm really enjoying being able to practice whenever I like . I think this helping my real driving a lot , I guess I'll find out in the next few club nights.
Is there any plan to release 1/10th buggy s .?
I'd love to be able to practice with a losi 22 2.0.
I think steam should be great for rc racing.

I think VRC should change the schedule to 3 weeks racing and 1 week for maintenance.
yeah this makes a lot of sense! the way it is now, getting an update right before your event final is bad news and can screw you

I think VRC should change the schedule to 3 weeks racing and 1 week for maintenance. In that week still Club-Racing could do and would that push a little bit more. As it is now, it's impossible to fix or update anything the fair way. It's frustrating for the racers and it gives VRC zero time for update or bug-Fixing.

Doing new things and get new Problems is not the way to go! Refueling is not possible with the Keyboard. When I run a Mod-Car and Mod-Event the game says I run a Spec-Car?
Steam is nice, but not for VRC. They are not RC-Car Racers. Look more on the current customer before trying to get ghost-customer!
