The new Rally X (cross) class is released today. The chassis is based on the successful 1:8 scale electric buggy. The setup has been adjusted with limited upstops to prevent the wheels going through the wheel fenders, a wider range of springs and anti-roll bars and 3 pre-defined setups ranging from easy till hard. To learn to control the Rally X car we give you 3 levels, easy, medium and hard. Of course you want to go as fast as possible, but it should also be spectacular. Time will tell what will take priority in this new class.
The Rally X body has 8 different paintjobs to chose from. 2 Wheel styles are available and to start with just 1 tire. Maybe more tires will be added in the future. The modified version comes with a selection of Tekin power, 1900KV, 2150KV and 2650KV, should be enough to get you excited. The Spec chassis comes with a 1450KV motor but has a longer gearing to get decent top speed with the Spec chassis. Only the gearing and the steering angle are adjustable in the free2play Rally X Spec chassis.
2 Tracks are available, Rally X1, a special Rally X track situated in a container terminal, and MACH X, a Rally X conversion of the existing MACH track. More specific Rally X tracks will follow in the future. For the 2016 VRC Worlds the Rally X1 track and the modified Rally X chassis will be made available for free for the duration of the 2016 VRC Worlds for this cass.
Racing a rally car is different from on-road and off-road racing. It requires special drifting skills and it will take time to master and perfect these skills. With time and perhaps with some refining of the setup you should be able to have an exciting new r/c racing experience!

I am lifetime subscription user from STEAM, where can I find RALLY X ?
Run the game and on the pit table screen click on car select and choose the Rally class, then select either spec or modified. That will give you the car then when back on the pit table click on track select and choose the Rally X1 track or the Mach rally X track.

Interesting class, i've tryed only Rally X 1 track, it not turn like a buggy... Some amount of drifting is required, just like real rally! At first it's not easy to go even straight but with some practice and some setup tweak it is very enjoiable.
Stock setup #2 is quite fast and easy to drive.

Hey guys, you've accidentally setup SCT as the cars for rally X world's.
oops, corrected, just in time... When I created these events the Tally car was not available yet on Live so I had to select another car class. Same with tracks. I overlooked the car class when I set the tracks right. It's OK now. Enjoy the VRC Worlds!!!
