VRC presents: CRF Lausanne in Switzerland.
VRC brings this once popular indoor carpet r/c track to life again and you can now enjoy this 'forgotten' track in VRC Pro. The track will be used mainly for 1:10 and 1:12 scale electric indoor racing.
The tracks has been scaled up slightly to accommodate the much faster electric cars compared to 2004 when VRC visited this track to collect measurements and other reference material to recreate this track. Check out the 320x240 video from back in 2004(download and watch...).
For sure this new indoor track will be popular with many die-hard electric on-road racers!

I know that track
Here some pictures from the race "GP Touring Car Carpet World Cup" from the 9th-12th Decemeber 2004.

On the bottom is a very short movie of the "Lord of Touring Car" Race, the Top 10 after Qualy had a race for a little bit money...
Don't blame the picture size or movie quality, it's 13 years ago and my camera was already old at that time - just history to enjoy!
