1:12 MODIFIED CLASS RELEASED
The highly anticipated 1:12 modified class is now released. A reactive front suspension model was added to the link rear suspension model, making this car class the first to work with a complete new suspension model. This also affects the spec version of this chassis which will also now work with the new suspension model.
New tires were modelled to optimize the handling of the new 1:12 class.
A special 1:12 4.5T motor is available for modified (available in all brands), more motors will be added after they have been thoroughly tested.
1:12 Speed controllers complete the set of updates for 1:12.
BANGKOK RSC 2008 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TRACKS

where is your problem?
installing, getting game started, controllerconfiguration, track-, carselection, ...
have you read the manual?
http://www.vrcworld.com/manuals/vrcpro/default.aspx
in short:
you have to select/build a car and choose a Track.
after that you can practice, race or multiplayer.
No, at first you should choose a track!
Because not all track's are allowed to drive with Nitro cars!
