Kevin Pignotti (16 years) from Italy has won the first Race2theWorlds contest. With over 1000 racers and gamers involved in this contest, the R2tW has become the single biggest R/C event ever! Kevin Pignotti is now preparing himself to collect his big prize, the ultimate once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: to join the IFMAR 2012 World Championship Electrics 1:10 in the Netherlands on the 25th of July. Kevin says ‘it’s like a dream coming true’ and he hopes to do well at the 2012 IFMAR Worlds. For sure, it is going to be very interesting to see how well this young talent (without any prior experience in electric racing) is going to perform on World class level amidst the best of the best in R/C racing. It’s going to be tough, but if anyone from the VRC Pro sim community is ready for it then it sure is Kevin! What a fantastic performance he pulled off at the R2tW event. Right from the start and up till the very end Kevin proved unbeatable, claiming pole position exclusively for almost the entire 4 months of the event.
Kevin is the man for the job, no doubt about it, and together with his LRP powered Serpent S-411 with factory support from aces like Marc Fischer, Ronald Völker, Reto König, and Andy Kraemer he will surely be on pace quickly at the Worlds. Make sure you follow up on Kevin Pignotti’s performance at the IFMAR 2012 Electrics 1:10 Worlds!

I'm sure you'll do very well because you are very fast. You lack the experience, but listening to more veterans and by looking at the details, you can go far. The races are won in the end, the beginning is to prevent incidents.
