2017 SEASON 1 1:10 ELECTRIC TC 13.5T SPEC ROUND 1 CARPET 1
Xavier Deparde has won opening race of 1:10 ELECTRIC TC SPEC 13.5 serie. After semifinal, Deparde was standing at third place, behind Raistrick and TQ Wollanka.
But it was bit unfortunate, as we witnessed that Wollanka wasnt at the grid when Final was arranged. But we have lot of great talents to give us good entertainment.
Indonesian Hijrah Saputra took lightning start from fourth grid and took the lead. Ok, it was known that you had to be perfect to win and there was no room for mistakes.
Honestly, Saputra was really strong during his run, he leaded this group all the way to 17th lap when Deparde had gained him. Few hungry corner cuttings from Saputra allowed Deparde to close even more and pass. From this point Deparde didnt look back, and drove well deserved win. Great "never give up" style by Xavier!
Third podium place fight was also very en... read more

2017 SEASON 1 1:10 SC TRUCKS ROUND 1 IBR Padova
It was time for modified SC cars to open they season here in IBR Padova track. Earlier at same track, Swedish offroader Robert Hillman took convincing win in spec class and left two Italians, Bottosso and Andreuccetti to second and third.
In this modified race, Hillman and Bottosso were in main roles when winner was solved. Hillman had very good semifinal run and secured his pole for the final. But Bottosso was hungry, allready at first lap Bottosso took the lead and never look back. Ok, Hillman made tiny mistake in first jumps after the start and this allowed Bottosso to get the lead. But this Italian was hungry, consistent and fast and this secured his win in modified race. There was also some "bumps" during Erik`s run, he also showed some magnificent jumping skills but these didnt affect his rhytm. He deserved this win no doubt that. Great driving Erik.

SEASON 1 2017 1:8 NITRO BUGGY MODIFIED, ROUND 1 Silver Dollar 2
Nitro buggy modified serie started the season from Silver Dollar 2 track. Miliar names were at top after semifinal. Giordano, Koski and Andreuccetti were only ones, who hitted 21laps in semifinal round. But there was also big names behind top3, Britains Le Pavoux and two Swedes, Hillman and Larsson.
In the Final, Larsson who started from fourth grid, was toughest. He hitted almost perfect run and secured his win in here. He got one bigger mistake at lap 22, but his pace was good enough to take this opening round.
Six seconds after Larsson, Britains James Le Pavoux crossed the finishline. He had also great drive, but he didnt get this easy. Hillman who was unlucky at start of the final, when he flipped his car and drop to last position, was pressuring Le Pavoux at end of the Final.
After his flip, Hillman had run very furiously, without mista... read more

SEASON 1 2017 RALLY X SPEC, ROUND 1 Mach Rally X
Season opener and very first Rally X Spec series started from Mach Rally X track. This track gives tricky mixture of jumps, gravel and asphalt.
Finnish SC Worldchampion 2016 Tommi Vacklin showed no mercy as he participated to this season opener. This 24 years old offroader was in fantastic shape, and his average 24.8 was four 10th`s faster than second place driver, Robert Hillman.
Hillman, like many others, had his troubles at backstraight jump. That "tablejump" gave lot of grey hair to many driver, as you had to set your timing and speed very perfectly when coming to the jump.
Italian Tommaso Andreuccetti drove to third podium place. Tommaso had consistent and clear run, but he didnt have enough pace to challenge those two at front. All in all, very nice final!
Opening round winner, Tommi Va... read more

FERRANDO SHOW
Spaniard Javi Ferrando was unstoppable at VRC Pro Worlds 2016 in 1:10 electric spec race. This 20 years old talent won this race with overhelming style. From the first round of this event it looked that his pace so fantastic, and anyone couldnt answer that.
Tobias Seidl from Germany was man of the race, this German was really flying during the final. His semi didnt go as planned and he started from 10th grid. With furios, consistent style he pick up the driver's lap by lap and ended up to second place. Absolutely great driving.
Britains Reece Hodges started from second grid. At last laps he fighted with Seidl of that second spot but finally he got beaten, with frustrating 0.068 margin. Reece had some difficulties with motor temperatures and this affected to his driving.
Another name of the day was Dana Bailes from USA, Dana started from 9th grid and like Seidl, he passed his opponents lap by lap. With fast and furios driving, h... read more

Barnabas Toth from Hungary has now added a Worlds victory to his long list of wins in previous seasons. He came very close in 1:10 ISTC but ran out of battery just 50m before the finish line, this time het got it right and won in convincing style some 7 seconds clear from runner up James Le Pavoux from the UK, and and another 2 seconds on Jerome djay Delcourt from France. Peter Might from the UK missed the podium by just 2 tenth of a second as Delcourt managed to defend a hard charge from Knight in the very last lap after a crash 2 laps before the end.
The debut of Rally X (or Rally Cross) was a great success with 389 racers attending this very first event. With 2 more Rally X layout planned for the harbor complex and another Rally X conversion of the Messina on-road trtack, this new class will surely continue to build momentum amongs virtual r/c racers. Nowhere else than in VRC you can race rally cars on such exciting tracks!
