The high performance 9T adaptor has received a full redesign to enable a neat transparent plastic casing. This required a new printed circuit board and in the process designer Smith Vorapatratorn has also added new features to make the adaptor even more versatile and compatible with the latest r/c equipment on the market. It is by far the fastest and feature rich USB adaptor to control your virtual r/c car in VRC Pro. A more responsive USB adaptor means 'betterf feel' with your car, better control, faster laptimes, less mistakes...
For questions to Smith about the new 9T RC-USB RX5 adaptor pls. use forum topic https://www.vrcworld.com/forums/posts.aspx?topic=225718&opt=1D1
The long awaited 9T RX5 adaptor will arrive this week and we will be shipping out all pending orders upon arrival. Shipping with Registered mail service is included in the price!

We have released a new class: 1:10 electric touringcars 17.5T Club.
This class uses the Spec chassis but has been configured in such a way that it can only be used in this new class in combination with the 17.5T motor. The chassis will no longer accept the 13.5 motor, nor can a Spec chassis with 13.5T motor race in this class. The numerous protest issues with the 'free choice' class are over!
The 17.5T Club chassis cannot be loaded through the main screen menu item 'Select car' (left bottom), but only by going to Car Set-up section (right top) and then 'Load car' option. Select '1:10 electric onroad 17.5T Club' and you will get 6 default set-ups to chose from. As this is a 'spec' class the set-up options are limited!
The Weekly events have been changed to this class, this weeks event has been delayed and is open for racing now.
The Ranking for this class (2 events raced) has been cancelled and a new ranking has been started with your best 8 oiut of 10 results counting for the ranking.
Enjoy the n... read more

News item modified Sept. 17th.
We have arranged a Weekly Series for the new 1:10 electric onroad 17.5T Club class. This Series has its own ranking, the best 8 results of your last 12 events count for this ranking. As all other rankings, this is an on-going ranking.
The 17.5T Club class uses the same chassis as the Spec class, but as it has different class definitions we will release them as new 1:10 Club chassis on which only the 17.5T motor can be used. There will be Club chassis from Intercept, Kyosho, Tamiya, Xray, HB and Associated.
On Monday Sept. 23 we will do an update and on Tuesday the new 17.5T Club class will be available to all. The previous default setups will no longer work and will be replaced by new ones.
Enjoy the new 17.5T Club class!

The All-Inclusive memberships have been changed to a different status: All-Inclusive Content Licenses. As the membership is free the all-inclusive membership was about content only anyway.
Due to the ever decreasing revenues we were forced to reconsider our membership policy in order to keep the VRC platform up and running as long as possible. With the current revenue stream we are close to break even and it won't be long until the platform cannot sustain itself any longer. As you can imagine, even without new content developments there are high costs for hosting our servers, for maintaining them with regular updates to keep up with Microsoft and PayPal platform changes, and do weekly and monthly database clean-ups. Besides these direct costs we also have quite substantial administrative costs for running VRI.
Therefore we think it is reasonable to introduce a membership fee of around €3.00 a month in order to secure the future of the VRC platform. We will introduce this on a voluntary basis first, a ma... read more
