Augusta R/C Supercross - VRC pro Friday Night LIVE Main Events
- How To/Dos & Dont’s - (Quick guide at bottom of post):
1. MANDATORY DRIVERS MEETING @ 7:30PM THE NIGHT OF THE MAIN EVENT. THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL GET ALL THE INFORMATION ON HOW THE RACE PROGRAM WILL BE HANDLED FOR THE LIVE MAINS EVENT NIGHT. Make sure you download and use Discord. You don’t have to speak or listen on race nights, but this is where you will get the passwords for each main. 2. *** REQUIRED *** We will set up qualifying rounds for the Live Main event on our VRC Pro Club Page. https://www.vrcworld.com/clubs/club.aspx?club=1771 You will need to sign-up and run your qualifiers as you wish before the Live Main Event (On Friday Nights). If you do not sign up and qualify you cannot race in the LIVE Main Event. It becomes unfair for those in lower mains trying to bump if a lot of fast guys don't qualify. Also we need to be able to plan ahead of time how many mains and/or other things and we cannot do things last minute.
a. HOW TO SIGN UP - Goto our Discord #how-to-sign-up page https://discord.gg/AFcHS8c and just follow the directions.
b. You must run at least one qualifier and post a time. We need this to plan the mains for the LIVE Main Events to determine who will be there and who will not.
c. If you ran a qualifier but turns out you will not be able to make it, pls post back in our Discord #sign-ups page https://discord.gg/GJJxPGb with cancelled. It helps people in lower mains to move up and fill empty spots and better chance of getting a bump
b. Qualifying event opens Monday night at 8:00pm Eastern Time US & Canada time thru Thursday the week of the Friday Main Event.
4. We recommend signing up for all future events when new ones are posted ahead of time so you do not forget. We have 2 ways to set reminders for up coming events. If you can’t make a week but signed up that’s OK no worries.
a. Goto our Discord #race-dates page https://discord.gg/Sv8KYsm and follow instructions on how to add to your calendar.
b. Goto our VRC Club page https://www.vrcworld.com/clubs/club.aspx?club=1771, scroll down to upcoming events, click on the date or name of the race you want to race in. That will open the Club Event details page, midway down the page to the left of the count down timer you will see a check box (Register me for event) click that on your all set.

Mains will start at 8:00pm sharp if there is only A & B - B will start at 8:00pm
Example:
A-Main Start Time: 9:00 eastern time
B-Main Start Time: 8:40 eastern time
C-Main Start Time: 8:20 eastern time (entries permitting)
D-Main Start Time: 8:00 eastern time (entries permitting)
Augusta R/C Supercross VRC-Live Events – Quick Guide
1. You must sign-up and qualifying to be placed in the Friday Night LIVE Main event and must use the clubs qualifying event to qualify. No qualifying run put in, no participation in the LIVE Main event
2. You must be on our Discord channel to get main event passwords the night of the event (Friday Nights)
a. No exceptions to above!
