Welcome at the 2016 VRC Worlds 1:8 nitro buggies Spec class at the 2016 IFMAR Worlds off-road track in Las Vegas!
The race direction on this track will be NORMAL (clockwise).
This virtual Worlds will be raced in 4 rounds:
Timed practice - Tuesday Dec. 20 till Friday Dec. 23 (not mandatory round)
Qualifying - Saturday Dec. 24 till Tuesday Dec. 27 (cut at 500!)
Semi Finals - Wednesday Dec. 28 till Friday Dec. 30 (cut at 300!)
Main Finals - Saturday Dec. 31 till Monday Jan. 2
The VRC Worlds 1:8 nitro buggies Spec class is raced in 3 racer classes, so will crown a Club, a Sport and a Pro VRC World Champion!
Bump-up race mode represents structure of 3 rounds. Based on results in first (qualification) round are racers evenly spread over defined number of semi finals.
The Top N racers qualify directly to main final.
From semi final another top N racers from each group qualify to main final, which is one group of 10 members.
The numbers shown next to bump-up text like (2-4-2) means: 2 members qualify directly to main final, from 4 semifinals another 2 members from each group are qualified to main final.
