Yes. I've talked with Tomas and Lubo about it already so they're aware of it. What seems to happen is everybody's time stops as soon as the winner crosses the finish line.
To test it I waited at the finish line for the winner on the last lap. About 2 seconds before he crossed the line I started another lap. Sure enough, as soon as he crossed the line my laptime of ~2 seconds showed up and the race was over.
There is also a problem with the race starting stuff. If you accelerate immediately before the car is set down you can jump the start. The start beep and voice notification about jumping never play. One time I think I did that and the start beep played when I finished the race.
Also one time three of us started a race and it looked like two of us were placed in the same grid position (race mode).
Another strange thing happened when Tobias restarted a race almost immediately after we finished one. I'm not sure, but I think none of us had returned to the pit lane yet to view the results. We were then returned automatically to the pit lane for the race start. I think then (not sure now) the race results window might have opened.
We then "started" the race from the pits. Tobias meant to start a race, but thought maybe he accidentally hit qualify instead. A few seconds later we were returned automatically to the pit lane, then we were moved to the race grid for the start.
So things are still a bit twitchy there.

lot of mp sessions for you today... some issue with the last lap being the fastest, needs to be looked into (already reported)
