I used to race RC cars from 1990 to 2003 where I hung up the transmitter right after the 2003 U.S. Indoor Champs at Independence Ohio. The years spent racing and getting to know all of the wonderful people both famous and not famous, sponsored and not sponsored have been well worth the journey.
Now, I enjoy mainly simulators from iRacing to Assetto Corsa to VRC Pro. At my age, family and home along with our plans for the future have become my priority but I still love RC racing as does my daughter who started racing RC when she was 7, and VRC Pro gives us that avenue through which to channel our energies and love of RC Racing. Not to mention it's not very expensive.
I used to provide some small feedback to the development team on V3 of VRC when they were updating the AI constantly before launching VRC Pro. Good to see that the development of this sim has gotten to where it is today. |
