We have released a brand new body for the GT3 class: C7.
This is our 2nd body for this exciting class to offer some more choice in bodies. The body comes in 8 different color schemes. The aerodynamic properties of this body are identical to the 911 body, so the performance is not affected by your choise of body. We look forward to see a colorful field of 911's and C7's in the upcoming 2018 VRC Worlds.
PAINTJOB DESIGN COMPETITION
As an experiment we will let you create your own paintjobs. No, we don't have a paintjob creator feature now, unfortunately our game structure, dating back to 2005, was never intended for members to create their own designs. We will make available the template and the 3D model which are created by our 3D graphics artis Tony West to let you create your own design, and view it in a 3D viewer. We will set up some sort of competition where you can enter your designs and we will then implement the design ourselves and release it, There is no other way of doing this, unfortunately... The template and the 3D model will be made available later this months.

we have plenty of the C7 now, we will do a next project for the 911 soon!

New body and paint customisation method should be popular.
I think VRC Pro lacks a method for gaining ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) to help pay for developments.
(I don't see asking for 'rented bling' to be in breach of the 'lifetime deal' - because we all know software companies need ongoing money - that's how I earn my living.)
It may be an opportunity to pay an annual fee (say 10 Euros per year) to gain access to your own custom body paintjobs (eventually for all cars).
And provide special 'body awards' to winners at all levels and maybe some random annual awards so that everybody gets a chance to win (i.e. not just the fastest or those who can afford to pay :0)
If the awards last for 12 months, it keeps them more exclusive each year and those who pay each year get some recognition for their contribution.
I think the first paintjobs for GT3 can remain free to use - so everyone can see how the process works.
