End of January and middle of February 2 major classic events are organized in the sunny state of Florida. Many electric and nitro racers fly over to Orlando and Ft. Myers to participate in the annual Snowbirds and the annual Winternats.
VRC Pro has now set up the virtual editions of these events.
The 2014 Virtual Snowbirds have started today and will last till Sunday. We race with 1:10 modified and 13.5T and 1:12 modified on the road course. The 1:10 NASCAR trucks and the 1:12 10.5T Blinkie classes race on the oval track.
For the 10th Virtual Winternats we race 2 cars, 1:8 and 1:10 nitro on-road.
In both classes we have the open class which will be split up in 3 racer classes Club, Sport and Pro. The Masters will be raced with the Spec chassis and is restricted to Club and Sport racers, they will race in 1 combined group. The 2014 Winternats starts on Saturday February 8th.
Enjoy these 2 classics!
