Error message: User data storing format changed meanwhile. You might be asked to re-enter your user credentials.

This problem occures when the user data storage format has been changed because of game executable update and it is technically not possible to use those data any more.

System will try to use default settings for creation of new user data in latest format automatically, it might be required to re-enter login credentials for particular registered member account. In the case system will not recover automatically from this problem, it is recommended to use 'Full check' option in updater and run the sim after it's finished.
